Terms and Conditions

  1.  “ACard” means Aivoria Group Loyalty Card Programme operated by Aivoria Group Sdn Bhd; “Aivoria Group” means Aivoria Group Sdn Bhd; “ACard Member” (“Member”) means member of ACard; “APoints” (“Points”) are defined as the points awarded to member in accordance to the terms and conditions governing the ACard which may be revised by Aivoria Group from time to time; “ADollars” are defined as the value of cash (RM) offered to member in exchange for a 5% of points in accordance to the terms and condition governing the ACard which may be revised by Aivoria Group from time to time.
  2. By receiving, acknowledging or using the ACard, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and be bound by all the terms and conditions of the card herein.
  3. ACard is a privilege card and is non-transferable. The ACard can only be used at any Elianto, Bonita and Tiamo outlets in Malaysia unless otherwise stated.
  4. Physical ACard must be presented to the cashier prior to purchase or redemption for verification purposes. Strictly no redemption allowed without physical ACard presented to cashier.
  5. There shall be no collection of points after purchase has been made nor any back dated receipts will be entertained.
  6. One (1) point will be awarded for every eligible RM1 spent at any Elianto, Bonita & Tiamo outlets.
  7. Points earned in current transaction can only be redeemed on subsequent purchases.
  8. Points are only redeemable at any Elianto, Bonita and Tiamo outlets in Malaysia unless otherwise stated.
  9. Points must be redeemed fully for any redemption made. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. During the redemption, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount of points redeemed, the difference hereof should be paid by the member. However, if the value of the goods is less than amount of points redeemed, the balance of points will be accumulating to the next redemption until the point’s expiry date.
  11. Points must be fully redeemed within the stipulated periods as unredeemed points will be forfeited upon expiry:
    • Points earned between 1 May to 31 October expire on 30 April of the following year 
    • Points earned between 1 November to 30 April expire on 31 October
  12. Points which expired cannot be carried forward or extension of validity period.
  13. ACard shall be automatically inactivated while no purchase for any continuous 12 months period and cannot be used for any privileges and benefits rewarded by Aivoria Group. Points will be remain in account until the point’s expiry date.
  14. Inactive membership can be re-activating by spending RM50 in a single receipt.
  15. A replacement fee of RM10 or with any new purchase of RM50 & above for each replacement of lost card, this is only applied to active member. The replacement fee of RM10 not applied to activate the A Card membership.
  16. Notification of any matter relation to the program shall be deemed given to members if it is made via any one of the methods by posting on the website, Facebook, or sending email or SMS.
  17. Any changes in the member’s profile, i.e. change of contact details or address, must be notified to us. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is kept up to date. This is to ensure uninterrupted communications from Aivoria Group to you, therefore recommended to check the information provided to us to ensure that it is accurate.
  18. Aivoria Group reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms and conditions aligned from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  20. The Programme is operated by Aivoria Group Sdn Bhd of No. 28, Jalan 6/91, Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Batu 3 1/2, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur. Cards are issued by, and remain the property of Aivoria Group of Companies.

Q. How can I apply for the ACard?
A. Simply purchase RM50 and above in a single receipt and you are eligible for ACard membership. Provide some personal particulars and you will receive your ACard immediately.

Q. Why do I need to provide my personal particulars?
A.
Your personal particulars are important to us. Name and NRIC/Passport for verification purposes, mobile number and email address are allowing us to notify you update of Aivoria Group.

Q. How does the ACard works?
A.
The ACard offers you 5% rebate in the form of ADollars (A$) from collection of APoints at any Elianto, Bonita and Tiamo outlets in Malaysia.

Q. How do I collect APoints?
A.
Present your ACard at every transaction to collect your points. Every RM1 equal to 1 APoint. Please be reminded, previous or backdated receipts are not valid for points collection.

Q. How do I redeem the APoints?
A.
To redeem, present your physical ACard to cashier and redeem your points. 20 APoints equal to A$1.00 worth of cash. APoints must be redeemed fully for any redemption. For example, total points collected were 188, A$9.40 available for redemption and must be fully redeemed.

Q. Is there any expiry date for the APoints?
A.
Yes. APoints which collect between 1 May to 31 October expire on 30 April of the following year. APoints which collect between 1 November to 30 April expire on 31 October.

Q. What if I have more than one ACard that accumulating APoints?
A.
You are only allowed to have one ACard. If you have more than one ACard, we encourage you to surrender the extra ACard to any outlets and use only one same card for point collection and redemption.

Q. Are the APoints transferable?
A.
No. APoints collected are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Q. What if I lose my ACard?
A.
A replacement fee of RM10 or with any new purchase of RM50 & above for each replacement of lost card. Please take note that we will issue a new card with a new number for security purpose.

Q. What if I forget to bring my ACard?
A. Without ACard, you still able to collect point by mention your IC No. to cashier for verification. You are unable to redeem any APoints without the physical ACard, this is to protect the value of APoints collected by card owner.

Q. How can I check my total accumulated points?
A.
You may check your total points balance at any Elianto, Bonita and Tiamo outlets or it also shown on the bottom of the receipt each time you make a purchase.

Q. Will my card be expired if I don’t use it?
A.
There is no expiry date for ACard, but it will automatically inactivate while no purchase activity for any continuous 12 months period. You can re-activate the membership by spending RM50 in a single receipt.

Q. Will my APoints forfeited when card inactivated?
A.
No. When ACard was inactivated, APoints will still remain in account until the APoint’s expiry date.

Q. Can I pay a replacement fee of RM10 to activate ACard?
A.
No. Replacement fee of RM10 for lost card replacement is only applied to active member.

Q. What if my ACard was inactivated and lost my ACard at the same time?
A.
You are able to activate your ACard and get the card replacement with purchase of RM50 & above in a single receipt.

Q. What if I refuse to update my personal details such as changing of address, mobile number or email address?
A.
You may lose out the updates, exclusive gifts, special discounts and more privileges from Elianto, Bonita and Tiamo.
